AUGUST 6 - 2008 Police: Firebombs At UC Santa Cruz DeliberateUCSC Researcher Target Of Attackhttp://www.ksbw.com/news/17074594/detail.html?rss=mty&psp=news Thoughts: Firebombing a family in their home, with small children no less, is the definition of cowardice. To try to KILL human life in the name of animal rights is the definition of "twisted". Animal rights activists who perform these criminal acts, or support (support meaning NOT denouncing such sick behavior) such behavior are NOT fighting for the animals. They are USING the animal rights platform as an excuse to live out murderous fantasies, and are nothing less than mentally ill killers. With every such attack, animal welfare is set back to an irreparable state. I refuse to join in the Animal RIGHTS platform because of such criminal behavior - as well as other behaviors that cause harm to human life - and because I have yet to see any "animal rights" organization step up to the plate to condemn this recent attack. Humans are ALSO life. To harm or take a life, at any level, as a means to justify the fight for animal rights is invalid in its entirety. Voices4Animals is an ANIMAL WELFARE group, based on volunteer support only, and that supports the sustenance of ALL life, human or wildlife. This shocking crime repulses me. |
